By downloading, accessing, or using the Eat Easy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eat Easy. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Eat Easy provides the following services:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the respective restaurant. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. Eat Easy accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery where available.
Discount offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by following the steps below.
Email us at support@eateasy.in from your registered address with subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process it within 7 business days.
Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
